Hi BladeForms,

I have for sale a very lighty used WorkSharp Ken Onion edition. It has maybe 25 minutes of run-time on it as I practiced with several knives that are now razor sharp. It is an absolutely phenomenal tool for sharpening, doing mild to moderate regrinds and can sharpen both folders, fixed blades, kitchen knives and garden and shop tools.(machetes). It has a easy learning curve and is very versatile and fast. It is in excellent condition with only minor showing of wear on the Tool Guide and Angle selector.

Only reason that I am selling is that this WorkSharp has inspired me to get further into knife modifications and light knife making as a hobby. I am buying a much larger 2"x42" belt grinder / system.

The WorkSharp comes with all items from the box including the UNUSED belt kit from Darex (5 belts).

IN ADDITION, I have purchased many other belts directly from MicroMesh that total a $100 (detail below). Micromesh is one of the OEM vendors that supply belts that come with the Worksharp (Norton is another)

14 x Micro-Mesh Belts (BLT-01) Grit 120 MX Size 3/4" x 12" Micro-Mesh Belt
14 x Micro-Mesh Belts (BLT-01) Grit 180 MX Size 3/4" x 12" Micro-Mesh Belt
14 x Micro-Mesh Belts (BLT-01) Grit 320 MX Size 3/4" x 12" Micro-Mesh Belt
10 x Micro-Mesh Belts (BLT-01) Grit 400 MX Size 3/4" x 12" Micro-Mesh Belt
14 x Micro-Mesh Belts (BLT-01) Grit 800 MX Size 3/4" x 12" Micro-Mesh Belt
10 x Micro-Mesh Belts (BLT-01) Grit 1200 MX Size 3/4" x 12" Micro-Mesh Belt
9 x Micro-Mesh Belts (BLT-01) Grit 60 MX Size 3/4" x 12" Micro-Mesh Belt
3 x Micro-Mesh Belts (BLT-01) Grit 2000 MX Size 3/4" x 12" Micro-Mesh Belt

By my count there is approximately 90 belts this unit will ship with which by my estimation is a virtual lifetime of belts in almost every grit that is sold for rough shaping 60 grit to high polish (2000K).

I have almost $300 invested in this system including the additional belts, shipping etc..

This package is on sale for $SOLD$ shipped USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance, inclusive of all Paypal fees. If you do not want the original box, I will discount additional $15 due to reduction in cost of size and shipping.

I reserve the right to conduct this sale as I see fit. International sales, please inquire for additional shipping. No trades please and no un-necessary comments in the thread.

I have 100% feedback and pride myself on service, communication and fast shipping, so buy with confidence.

Do you mind sharing where you bought the extra belts from?

You can order them directly from Micromesh and Econoway. The Econoway belts are lower quality but definitely serviceable. The micromesh end up being approximately $1 each with reasonable shipping. The OEM Norton's available from Darex direct are the longest lasting and best quality, but are very expensive and do not last very long.

I think you should have a combination of all of the above depending on the task you want to handle. You don't need to use a norton x65 to work on a garden shovel.
