Here is one I just completed. It is made of 1095 edge quinched blade, wrought iron fittings except for the buttplate which is from an I beam from the World trade center tower 2. I have left the outside of the steel in the original condition. Kinda rough from being in the fire and ruble. Sambar stag. Blade length is 4 1/2 inches and overall is 9 1/2 inches. One of these pictures is when I cut the buttplate from a piece of the I beam (still attatched just not completed cutting thru for the photo). Who ever gets this knife will also get e-mail photo's of the I-beam portion when I got it and a photo of the letter my client sent me, and other pictures of the memorial I-beam at shanksvil, Pa. Stand is Black Walnut. SOLD!!! SOLD!!! and 5.00 for priority mail in CONUS. My e-mail and paypal is dangraves4923@earthlink.net. Thanks for looking.

Nice knife Dan,

I would like to think that if I, or one of my family members died in that tragic event, that if somebody could keep that tragic day on every ones mind thru pictures, crosses, or butt plates on knives, then I, or they did not die in vain.

Just my small point of view,.
