Hey Folks,
i have made a bad experience with Monkeyedge Service in shipping and handling. I bought a new Starlingear Bead and payed it with Paypal.
320 USD at all. I entered my Address in Minnesota/ USA . The paymentsystem from Monkeyedge has a automatic senderproof and found that i am located in Germany
unless that ship inside USA and added the word "germany" at the shippinglabel.
ERIC at Monkeyedge told me that Monkeyedge does not " Check" any of the printed shippinglabels .....about any typefaults or for happened faults from the buyer.
So....if you make a typefault, your item ships really wherever the computer prints the shield for.....
In my special case ...my item was signed to ship to a City in Minnesota,USA - Germany .
The problem is now ....that Monkeysystem added the word Germany after the word USA ....unless the City in Minnesota can never be found in Germany .
Now my item was shipped to Germany with a US related address and is now lost in a customscenter anywhere in germany and nobody there is able to find out what to do with it.
Than the next thing happened.
I opened a Paypal case . Than Eric said he want me to close the case because he want not rip anyone off .....so i opened a buyersprotectioncase that was closed after some minutes ......
with the reason that : " Monkesyedge" has provided a working TRackingnumber.
So.......the result is: If Monkeyedge provide a Trackingnumber ...related with a wrong destination and you open a case, you will definitly loose the case because Monkeyedge has provided a trackingnumber that works for the first stations.
Eric found that very funny and commented that i now have to wait a few weeks till the item found the way back to Monkeyedge ,,,,,
