Worst Package Ever Received

I'm a private seller and there are several members of this forum who are also and we all have 100% feedback. I have never cheated anyone and I'm sure the other sellers on this forum haven't either. I also buy on ebay, I've had more trouble with the big companies than I have with the guy trying to make a buck...

I was burned more by private sellers.
I quit using ePrey about 10 years ago.

Why don't you call them?? It's a toll free #... 1-866-961-9253 ebay customer service...
 
When I ship anything I watertight the box with tape. I can’t see why anyone wouldn’t use tape on a heavy package. Negative feedback should prompt the seller to do the right thing.
 
I use alot of tape on all packages... Buy the USPS shipping labels and you will have too, those things don't stick to anything and you have to tape them on...
 
funny its not just ebay where this problem exists with bad packaging --it is buying product in general from many outlets that handle knives--buy from amazon---ya get a big box with yer item and 1 small plastic air bubble in it--I bought a knife from a member here on the forum and when I got it the buck box was smashed cuz it was not packed right---so quit blaming ebay sellers----it is a seller in general anywhere that is not knowledgeable in what he is doing or he just don't give a crap.....just imagine how many good knives you pass up and will never see anywhere else cuz you quit buying on ebay afraid of how your item may get shipped--that's ridiculous….
 
You would think usps along with the other shipping companies would reject packages that aren't secure. Also you would think the seller would insure the package. The USPS should have never delivered it. It was an empty box. It's a load of bs all the way around and guy who has no blame at all loses ?
