Worth of a Mean Street?

I have a first generation Mean Street in A2, that has been rode hard and put away wet for years. It hs scratches and scuffs in the coating, but no damage. I have been offered a lot of money for it, even in it's condition. What is the estimated worth? Not that I want to sell it, I love that knife! Just would like to know if I should "retire" it from hard use.
