Up for sale is my 1840's era Wostenholm bowie knife. I have some provenance on the knife going back to post civil war, including the man whose initials are on the knife. It has wear from sharpening of course, and the handle is slightly loose do to a replaced front handle pin. Feel free to ask questions, I do have a letter of authenticity from Bernard Levine also, from a few years ago, based on photo's only. I'm not sure any more what value to put on this knife with the economy the way it is, so I'm putting $2000.00 but am open to offers. My cell is 207 491 4912.

2 things. You can not sell if you are a registered user and this is NOT an auction site. You must post a price for your item. You must change your "user group" to gold. thanks..and good luck.
OH, and nice knife...

I said the same thing when this thread was posted in the Automatics for sale thread. I think my post got lost in the move.

OP has been notified of requirement to add a price. He already has proper level of membership but has been reminded to update his user group.

Guys, please use the report button to notify the moderators rather than step all over the sale thread. Thanks.
