Would either of these work as a blower for a forge?

So I was thinking I would hook this up through a air valve with a pressure release or overflow release or whatever before it and run it, would these guys work fine? I wanna keep it to 12v so I can run it off a rechargeable battery cause my shed has no power.

You need much more volume than a small compressor will give, and much less pressure. A 12V airbed pump is more along the lines of what is required:

If you want 12vdc, You should look at the blower from a car heater or similar.
My earlier days of portable forging, I cobbled up a blower from a scrapped Hilux. Air control was a simple footpedal operated switch along with a slider gate to control air volume.
