Would love to have one of these!

He's running that a bit fast for stainless in my experience. I've found much better blade life (at least on 440c and cpm154) around 100 fpm. I've got a similar (but much older) delta, and it's right up with the belt grinder and drill press on my most used tool list.

Even with a 1/2" blade, a proper vertical will cut curves better than a portaband. 3/4, 3/8, 1/4, and 3/16" blades are also available. They are wonderful machines

i have the jet 8201 (appears to be the same one in the video) with a 3/8" blade, it will not cut a curve that sharp. maybe switching to 1/4" will let me do that. it would save some time and belt life when profiling. do they make .020" thick blades for a 14" bandsaw? mine is .025" and i notice the .020" on my portaband cuts faster.

The place I buy bands from will custom make whatever I want, and they do sell 0.020" blade stock. I'm sure you could get those from a place like that if you wanted to.
