Don't get me wrong. I think the large Perrin as it is right now is just fine, but I think it is a bit too large to carry every day.
The large one makes a great kitchen knife or a camp knife and is good for people who like to and can carry around bigger knives.
I just think the Perrin bowie design is so perfect that it would be great to see a smaller one engineered with EDC in mind.
Chiro, I've always loved looking at your knives. It is kind of like seeing someone do something they do really well. You just want to grab them, and shake them, and scream at them "Don't stop doing this! You're really good at it!"
I think I remember seeing one of your knives a while ago, a kind of wharnie blade design, it looked like a fighter jet and a razor blade put together.. I think that was you. Haha, sorry, not very specific I know.
But yeah, great knives, I love em.
I know there are still more of you out there who are tossing and turning in your beds at night, groaning such phrases as "pppeeerrriiiinnnn smmmaaller... p p p p p eee riiiiiiiiiin....... smaller." Let your dreams take flight! Or at least write down your desire for a smaller Perrin here, so we can marinate in agony together.
