Would ya'll mind...

Not that young... need all mine to help me scrap the crusty stuff from between my toes. :D :D :D

They sell ointment for that and it is much cheaper. I know because for a while, I didn't change my socks as much as I should have.

Sounds like jungle rot. I recommend a course of antibiotics.

Or maybe just a wire brush on a Dremel. That's how I clean my crevices.

I think I'm ready for the power of a dremel. Good idea! :D

I remember benching 400lbs. But I was 19 and about 50 lbs. heavier than I am now.

315 was as far as I ever got, but I was 24 and about 50 pounds lighter than I am now. The Airdales (especially the F-14 jocks) on the Enterprise all went in for heavy lifting to improve their 'G' resistance. As the duly designated representative from the Nukes, I had a reputation to maintain.

After I saw someone's pectoral muscle tear while benching heavy I decided to stick to high endurance reps. The only "heavy" metal I lift now is INFI!
Ditto on the reps vice weight. I watched my high school strength coach rip a quadricep during a 700 pound squat. He dropped the bar off the backside and leapt about 5 feet straight up into the air, screaming. Scared me right off the heavy stuff.

Rick - content to practice the 12 oz. curl

When I was into racing bikes I was up to about 550 on a leg sled. I was only 145 lbs. At the time I could go up a hill like stink!

Since 77 people are watching now, I thought I'd elevate my request for all to see.

Remember... wait for my GO. :D

...holding off on those emails until I send mine in for the S.O.W. Variant? I'd sure like to get one, and all that pesky email traffic promises to get in the way.

So if everyone would just wait for my "GO!" post after you see Jerry's, I'd sure appreciate it.

Thanks guys. :D

hey guyon, i actually will wait, i got a muddy mojo and an rk, so wont be heartbroken if i miss the sow.

good luck, merry christmas!!!
