Would you help someone one out who has to buy all their knives on-line?

I have not seen a Caly first hand but they sure look nice. I did a LOT of research on them. Most people have nothing but good things to say about fit/finish and overall function. In the end I went for the Sage 2 and LOVE IT like no other. I don't have hundreds of knives like others here, but I recommend the Sage 1 or 2 highly! (I say Sage 1 if you like CF and don't mind a good liner lock.)

If you love both equally then you will eventually have both. Just make sure you get what you want before production ends. You should have a while to make up your mind.

PS: The Sage 2 will slowly accumulate scratches in the Ti. The first was painful like a deep cut. Soon enough the handle starts looking really nice with all the tiny scratches. If the scratches bother you a local machine shop can sand blast it in a few minutes for next to nothing. CF can't be refinished like that but it also doesn't need to be refinished like Ti.
