First, I believe I stated quite clearly that I did not know that Mr.
McClung's post was referring to Bladeforums.
Second, so what if he was? Mr. McClung is certainly entitled to his opinion
on the practices of your board or any other. You can accept or ignore these
opinions as you see fit. I don't see anyplace where Mr. McClung has defamed
or slandered you or your board. So what's the problem? It is interesting
that you felt the need to defend yourself in such an obnoxious fashion.

I did not ask why you had to "bring this up," as you put it. As a matter of
fact, I agree that Mr. McClung brought the subject up.
I did wonder, however, why you seem so insecure about the decision you made
regarding the financing of your board. After all, you own the board. You
have the sovereign right to finance it in any way you see fit.
In conclusion, I would have to opine that when you get all in a huff over a
little bit of light-hearted criticism, you come off as an immature pismire.
