WOW, Mike Turber, or whomever can help

We're not sure who to address this to, but here goes...

A good friend of mine, and fellow knife collector ordered a Camillus EDC from WOW on August 1, 2002. To this day, his card had not been charged, and the knife has not been recieved. Calls and E-mails have not been returned. Being a standup guy, He felt that he made a commitment by ordering from WOW and would not back out unless he had spoken to someone at WOW first. He would not want to order from another company and then have WOW send the EDC on a later date.

What should he do? should he order from someone else? Should he just wait?

Does anyone have any recent experience with WOW?

Couple of months ago I emailed Mike at WOW and got a reply that their EDC has run out. I don't know now. But I did get a reply, though not from Mike, but his staff informed me the matter.
 
All above is correct. I just got back from LV and LA. We are out of the EDC's and I am taking that page down. There was a link to an old post here on a page on my site and that will be handled ASAP. Please forward this info to your friend. Thanks for the heads up :)
