Man, when are you going to get a real bike??![]()
Pinarello Dogma FPX (magnesium) with Campy Record 10!!
Oh yea, and RED of course!![]()
Been there done that, not going back....
I pretty much gave up on anything but custom built in the USA. Although I have heard so many good tings about the Time frame that I may make an exception for one of those.
In road bikes I have a Pinarello, and..... a Colnago C50, Wilier, Benotto, Serotta Ti/Carbon, Indi Fab Ti (IF), two Serotta CSi i(steel), a Calfee, and a Della Santa. The Pinarello is the only one that I actively look to sell.
The American custom builders just do it right. The bikes are comfortable, built to last, and finished well. It is like the Serotta, Della Santa or IF are Busses and the rest are are Spydercos or Benchmades, they are good but the American customs are in a class by themselves. And they stand behind the products.
If you want something real cool, look for a Parlee:thumbup: . But youll have to sell about 15 of those SJs just to buy the fame and another one or two to get a fork.
