Wrong On So Many Levels

Anything which attracts new people can only be a good thing, especially if those people are women, besides which, women tend to make a great many of the buying decisions within their households.

How cool is it that a son or daughter may want a hawk like their Mom's!

AeroNautiCal, thanks for the support. My girls hunt, fish, camp, etc. with the "old man" which delights me to no end.

Good idea Wolf. I never thought of that.

Another idea for decorating the haft - look into some of the old "floral" motif beadwork and quillwork decorations from the Great Lakes and Eastern Woodlands. Not necessarily a "girly" thing but it is something the ladies would probably enjoy because done right it would look very elegant.

Looks very people friendly. I bet a lady could carry that in the open in parks or just for walks and no one would say anything.

Another great idea Wolf! Leebrewer, if it could be carried in the open without raising eyebrows, it would start a whole new system for concealed carry.

Howard

You are right. The most deadly weapon is one that is not perceived as a weapon at all. Martial arts were made to look like a dance offering no threat.

You would be gay for owning a glock in the first place ?

Now thats funny right there.

Lord I apologize and help all the people in Idaho

Yes, Lord, help us keep our guns away from the communists back east...:D (Please, nobody be offended by that. It's just a joke.)

Not a glock fan, eh? What's your poison then?

Sorry man, this was meant in genuine fun, and I think you know it is.

I had a glock, didnt like it, sold it. I have a beretta cougar 45, and a springfield 40. I like them both cause I am old school, and like old school safetys. Otherwise, to me, glocks are ok. Just one guys opinion.

Sorry again for all the trouble before.

I know it. Seriously, though, springfield's are for chicks. Just ask Howard, he's an expert on chick weapons. ;) My personal favorite pistol is a Ruger Super Blackhawk .44. My glock is a .40. A great round in my mind.

Hard for me to argue, i like my Cougar way over my springfield. I will probably sell it so I can buy more axes! I guess when that time comes. In the end, just like now, its not all about the tool, its the man, right?

You guys have a good one.

Mike

Gee, thanks M3mphis! After 45 years of marriage to one lady, I guess I must have learned something about keeping the ladies happy. Another female friend of mine has a Ruger LCP in the Raspberry color. I like your choice of weapons also. My favorite is a Ruger Redhawk in 44 Mag. with a 7 1/2 barrel. I carried it in Alaska for hunting and bear protection. You might not like my bear rounds though since they push a 325 grain hard cast bullet (54 on Rockwell hardness scale) out the barrel at 1400 fps. Most people say it kills on both ends. My other handguns are a Taurus in 357 Mag. with 4 inch barrel and a Sig 380 for concealed carry. None of them are in pink though.

Just paint the muzzle orange and The Man will think it's a toy. See, plastic guns DO have an advantage some times.

Not the style I would particularly want and thankfully my daughters don't roll with pink stuff, either, but it's a good idea for getting women to get into proper tools for camping and such.

Now, for my daughters, purple would be the way to go.

My wife would like the purple, but my three year old Grand daughter loves her pink pink stuff!

Oi! Anyone who wants to diss the Glock better go hit it and another (composite) gun with an axe, then see which one 'ill shoot! ;)
