If I were to guess, I would guess that all dealers make mistakes.
At least with dealers like Knifeworks you know when you order that they are going to ship it to you. You know they know what they are talking about. you know they are real people. The same thing can't be said for all online dealers.
Mistakes happen. We have a few mistakes every month. We also have customers that put the wrong shipping address in (mistakes). We also have products that go out that have flaws (mistakes). We also have packages lost by the post office (mistakes).
My point is, mistakes happen. Good dealers make them. Bad dealers make them. Good manufacturers make them. Bad manufacturers make them. Good customers make them. Bad customers make them.
Everyone makes them. I wish they didn't happen. They do.
