This was one of my experiments in handle shaping, about 8 or 10 months ago. I eventually decided I didn't like it, so I trashed it. Anyway, I am looking at the pictures, wondering if that fiber spacer at the front would have endured. What do you all think? I am not that familiar with fiber spacer, but I suspect it would have eventually curled up and pulled away.

Wow, that's a complicated handle! cool.

Usually I've seen (and used) the fiber spacer material between the scales and tang on a full-tang knife.
Several more experienced makers have mentioned issues with the fiber material being more sensitive to moisture than the alternatives (like G10).

Thanks, Daizee.
