Right now, a lumber salvage company named Wisconsin Woodchuck is tearing down a HUGE 1800's
grain elevator and coming up with lots of very good wrought iron.
This thread introduced the offer to us. My picture of R.Flaherty's knife in the Christmas exchange knife pictures thread shows some of
one of the large bars and one of the flat plates. Of the two 1/4" plates I ordered,
one had one hole, the rest was solid iron stock. Nick Wheeler posted his opinion
on the iron he received here.
