Wrought or not?

I am looking at the following which I might be able to purchase some of.
Without any destructive testing, how do I determine whether any of it is wrought iron?

The tires of the wood wagon wheels have the best chance of being wrought iron......
The pump is most likely cast iron, and the rest of the wheels etc are
mots likely steel.

Note: A fairly easy, non destructive test would be to file off a bit of the edge
of a wagon tire, and check for the appearance of linear grain. If there, it's likely
wrought.

Agreed, if the price is fair, the iron tires on the wooden wheels are likely candidates.
