WSK Vdeos ?????

I have always wondered how to properly use a WSK so I did a little snooping on the net and found some interesting videos on youtube. I think I was misinformed, I thought the W in WSK was for wilderness and it was used as a woods knife, oh well you learn something new everyday.

I also found lots of other "knife test" videos that were too painful to watch. Chris

I don't think that guy in the vids was testing it for its intended purpose(s). I know the original WSK's were balanced for throwing, but that is still a last resort in my book. As far as i'm concerned the wsk was designed for chopping, pull drawing and trap notching.

On the contrary, I believe the best advice is just backing away slowly from a mother box and her cubs, but if charged by a large territorial cardboard predator, a bottle of elmer's glue will often force the cellulose menace to break off the attack. Do not attempt to use epoxy, as that will take too long to set, and you could be badly mauled while applying the clamps. Also per SOP, use scotch tape, paper mache mix, and paste at least 50 yards from your tent, and place and extra materials in a box-safe container before going to sleep.

The entire time I watched the video I was thinking a 28 ounce aluminum ball bat would sort this mall ninja punk out nicely.
