WSS Style bracelet?

Just a short section of rod wouldn't be so bad I don't think. No handle or anything on it.

Just a thought, why not lace some metal wire through it? Would serve as a decoration and would give you a handy noose that you would always have "at hand". Makes sense to me that it would add a lil something extra for the wss folks here.

I ma going to give this some work this weekend - it is still still VERY hot down here.... so getting out in the garage for more than paid work - is tough..

Gotcha, No rush at all, I just wondered if the idea had died. Don't torture yourself in the heat for our benefit. I can wait.

I like the wire idea too.

I like the lace up style, personally and I would want one 2" wide. I like the stamp you had made for your Dominatrix Industries stuff. Care to share your source for those?

I could tell you Magnussen - but I would have to....

Ah hell - let me just look around and see where I got that. It was a leather supply place that had a custom maker making them out of Magnesium and gluing them to a standard Craftools stamp back.

So I told TF I'd post pics of the bracelet he sent me a while ago. It's been a long time since he sent me this and I figured I'd live up to my end of the bargain and post pics.

This bracelet is great. I'd love to see the same thing with a stud closure.

His work is great and the tooling makes it!

Yeah, it's a little tight - but that's the measurements I gave you. I don't like my watches or bracelets to be loose and moving all over the place so I like just as it is. As you can see it fits the same way my POW/MIA bracelet fits.

If you want - soak the entire thing in warm water for a few minutes - and stretch it - it will take a little stretching. Simply let it dry.

A money belt type bracelet with room for some fishing line, small hooks and a tightly folded c note would get my attention, definitely...through in a boars tusk and or paw prints leading up to it and you may have the coolest bracelet ever...

I'd also like to know the source. Also, what oz leather would you use?

I think the bracelet has to be rustic looking, something that says a real person made this with his own two hands. A survival bracelet with all sorts of attachments seems a bit over the top; but, then again, we are a strange group.:D

I could also make a connection like this:

I'd do something like this, but with more holes for adjustment, the standard waist belt connection's too bulky imo. With something like, 'Bladeforums Wilderness & Survival Skills all around it, or W&SS, or something. Would preofits go to the forum, or how would this work out? It sounds like a great idea.
