I'm trying to reach someone at WSSI regarding my wood stabilizing shipment, but have had no luck with the email (twice) and phone (message box full). Does anyone have a way to connect with the company? It's been almost two months without any contact from them.

Keep calling every day until someone picks up. I think I got ahold of them around quitting time. Email didn't get me very far either.
 
Sadly, Mike is hard to get. He rarely has the time to check/answer emails. Keep calling every day and leave a message. Try at 9AM his time, 12 noon, and 5PM.
His turn-around time has gotten very long, too. It may take some batches months to get done.

I like him, and prefer his stabilization, but will be honest - Nice guy, great stabilization, really bad customer service. I think he is just burned out from working round the clock for years.
 
Next time use K&G. I just got a box of wood back from them. They do a great job and are easy to get ahold of.
 
They are always my go-to at the Blade Show, however, contact during the rest of the year is less than desirable.

The man and his lovely wife seem to be very nice people, and do fantastic work, but their business model needs a little work.
 
Just keep waiting. You will get your stuff back, and the quality will be great. Just don't expect fast. I agree with Stacy's assessment 100%

I was going to use WSSI for the last few but used K&G and have been exceptionally pleased with their quality and speed. Usually takes 2-3 weeks from door step to door step. Great communication also.
