This is a Warren Thomas WT7. It is a Emerson/Benchmade Mod 970 with Warren's Titanium, Carbon Fiber and Carbide Edge blade. I replaced the plastic rear spacer with 3 SS stand-offs. I still have the spacer. The knife is MINT! Warren does not make many of the CQC7 conversions. This WT7 sold for $475. It's yours for $400. shipped.
