I am building a 2" x 72" belt grinder to be mounted on my surface grinder. I need an adjustable idler wheel. Anybody have one or know where to buy them?

I got my 2 inch idlers for my homemade sander from Beaumont metal works.
They have a website, and make quite a bit of parts for a sander or even sell a flat platen you could use.

Thanks guys, I checked out these sites but I dont see one that does the tracking and tensioning. I recall years ago somebody was selling a universal spring loaded end idler wheen that also had a tracking knob.

Aint that stuff priced rediculous!!!!!
$53 for a wheel that's just $5 worth of aluminum and two $1.50 bearings, sheesh!
I know folks got to make a living but crap!

Bruce, take a look at the surface grinder that I built it from a old Kalamazoo 2 X 72 on my site. It just has a contact wheel and the top wheel is used for tracking and tension.
I draw you up a diagram if you want?????
