Hi Makers,
This is the first knife commission I've filled out so if seems crazy let me know what I'm doing wrong. I'm looking for a sloyd carving knife, similar in blade shape to a Frosts 106, see attached photos. In the one with three blades it's the longest one.
Blade attributes, W series steel or O1, 1095 or 1084, Heat treat to 58-60, smooth spine slightly rounded (gets a lot of thumb pushing), blade length is about 3 1/4" inches long, thickness around s scant 1/8", I'm leaning towards pinned hidden tang with an 1/8" copper or bronze bolster, I have some beech or black birch to supply for the handle. Traditional leather and wood blade protector pouch sheath optional. Blade finish and handle similar to the JWood knife attached. Must be USA maker, Pennsylvania a plus too.
