That little guy was lookin hypothermic Pit.

Wait a couple days and that stuff will be gone. Spring in the wonderful PNW...stand in one place and wait a few hours you'll get hit with four different kinds of weather.

I ain't fooling myself with this 70 degree weather we've had the last few days.
We still have three little winters (about six weeks) left before we're in the clear, here in KY: Redbud, Dogwood and Blackberry.
We got snow on 01 April one year.

I know what you mean pit, my poor rottie wants to get out so bad, but she walks for a few minutes and she can't walk any more, just too damn cold.

It was -30 today, then a wind chill that brought it to around -40, I hate it this cold...

Man, I would love a little more snow down here. If we got that much though it would shut us down for a while I'm afraid :D

The TT is looking good, but I agree, the first pic is screaming 'Come on dad, pick me up, this isn't fun anymore!!!'

Yeah, I got about 6 inches here. It ain't no fun on top of two days worth of 50 degree generated mud....:thumbdn:

Yeah it's not that cold here though Fonly, bloody hell -40 !!!!!

Snicker is just a bit soft yet but she will toughen up. If ya look carefully on the 5th pic you can see Maisy paddling in the water, the cold doesn't bother her although she does like to get in front of the fire when we get back home !!!!:D

I just got the shivers looking at the Tiny Terror!
Great pictures as always and spring is "just around the bend" as they say!

It only got up to the mid 70's (Fahrenheit) here today and I am glad to see it. The older I get the more I hate snow/cold. I guess when I retire (25 Oct, 2013) I won't care because the weather is kinda redundant at that point when you are in the heated shop having fun. :D

You're lucky! It's almost 80 here, and the mercury's only going to go up until about October or so.

You know, I think Snicker's got what it takes to be a real Canadian. He may shiver ... but he's still out there in the weather.

He's truly a hard-line canine.

I know what you mean Pitdog, I was just getting anxious to leave Calgary and head back into the Crowsnest Pass for spring. Looks like I'll be here for a few more weeks, we got a very abrupt visit from a storm on Saturday that left the city covered once again with that white garbage.

Wow, does the TT look cold in that pic! Tought little one though, staying out in all of that.

70*F here a couple days ago and yesterday it was 35*. Really .. fun =/

We got about 4 inches last night...seems like spring is never gonna come! I like winter and all, but come on! I'm gonna go find Old Man Winter and stick a shank in his arse! -Matt-

Poor Snicker! He needed a summer to grow and build up the needed insulation. :D

For what it is worth, more snow up north. My 4' fence is now an 18" fence in spots.

HAHAHAHA yea Pitdog, you and me both. I was up at 0400 heading to the to truckyard, slipping and sliding even with snow/ice studded tires. Got 2 loads of dirt picked up, one dumped, sliding everywhere. Visibility was about 10 feet. 40 cars in the ditch between chilliwack and Abbotsford BC. major trucking routes shut down. Boss said screw it park the truck. Took me from 0900 hors until noon to get home from Surrey to Vacouver.

now its sunny and the snow has melted.....lol

That last shot - snicker made the classic mistake, and managed to freeze her tongue to your beard :D

I love winter around December/January, but when winter conditions extend into March...well...:( . Supposed to get snow tomorrow with winds of 40 gusting to 60 km/h with a windchill of -39.
