Hi-
I have a Gibson Les Paul Studio Deluxe heritage sunburst for sale if anyone here is interested. It was manufactured in the USA in 2009, includes a Gibson hardshell case (Harley Davidson edition case), and upgraded Seymour Duncan pickups. I also swapped out the jackplug plate with a Dimarzio chromed metal one instead of the plastic one that came with it. This model has a '60 "slim taper" neck, not mentioned in the description below for some reason. My pics here are bad: they give you an idea of what the guitar is...but don't show the condition very well. It is really in excellent condition, I can only find a small ding or two looking it over closely. It is very nice to play, was just setup locally by a pro...and sounds great. I just have too many guitars right now and need to pay some bills. (I know....too many guitars, guns or knives is a condition that doesn't exist...but). I'm asking for $1100 ...now $900 shipped/insured, with payment via PP or USPS MO. I'm open to offers but think this is very reasonable, especially with the price of shipping. I have a double box guitar setup to ship in, so it will be nice and secure. I need money, not more "stuff", but I'm open to partial trade offers. You don't need to be 18 or know your local laws before buying it....this one we can all enjoy....
I can take more pics for anyone of course, and can take questions/inquiries via PM or email. First definitive "I'll take it" gets it, based by timestamp of post here or other communications. It is posted in other forums as well....
Thanks....
Description as posted at GC:
"Gibson Les Paul performance with a modern features and a no-frills attitude.
The arrival of the Gibson Les Paul Studio Electric Guitar in 1983 offered guitarists all the essential elements of a Les Paul Standard, including a carved top and humbucking pickups. Its simple yet elegant design quickly helped it become the most popular model in the Les Paul Series.
The Gibson Les Paul Studio Deluxe Electric Guitar raises the bar with the cutting-yet-rich tone of a 490R humbucking pickup in the neck position and a BurstBucker Pro humbucking pickup in the bridge position, which are mounted on a carved maple top with a mahogany back. Controls include dual volume and push/pull tone controls to engage coil-splitting for an array of tones, and a 3-way toggle switch, hardware is finished in chrome including Grover tuners and Gibson's pioneering Tune-O-Matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece.
The Les Paul Studio Deluxe is dependable and affordable — and is built without any compromises. The Gibson Les Paul comes with a hardshell case and a limited lifetime warranty."
Are these any better? I think so...
