The BCM comes with all the parts it needs to function, as well as T marks and M4 cuts.
Both the stock and upper receiver are in great condition. BCM sells the upper receivers for 90.00. The only difference between a "new/perfect" upper receiver is that this receiver does not have the logo added by BCM.
