WTS Benchmade Morpho Model 32

I am selling a Benchmade Morpho 32 that I bought brand new back in August. Turns out I am not too sure if they are 100% legal in my state. "Gravity knives" and knives that can be opened using centrifugal, I think, are prohibited (although I disagree that a balisong fits the definition of either of those) needles to say I don't want to chance it so I am selling it. I never carried it out of the house and I have never sharpened it or used it for anything other than trying to spin. I am asking $175.
