Just bought the black/satin (BNIB) one at the Spyderco Outlet store. It is absolutely new in box - blade is centered with zero lock-stick (still in tip-down, just took it out of the box to check for center/sticky lock).
Since I bought it at the Outlet store, I paid a little more for it ($139.95 +Tax for it - came to $150.45). I'll actually take a slight loss and ship it to you in a USPS Priority Flat-Rate box for SPF $155 Shipped (Paypal to me - either gift option or add the 3.5%)
I'm also selling my old User EDC Digi-cam/Satin Para-2. It has some scratches on the blade, and the G10 is worn down slightly smoother than factory with a few tiny dings on the G10 (the dings are the only marks on the digital camo - it looks good everywhere else). I owned this knife when I started out learning to sharpen, so I attempted to put a steeper edge on it (which is a little rough), but I've since gotten my wicked edge pro and put a nice polished edge with a micro-bevel on it (but it has an ugly shoulder to the edge from my first attempts to sharpen at the steeper angle - it slices well and is perfectly functional, but the edge ends up slightly convexed with some scratches on the shoulder - they could easily be taken out for a nice convexed edge, but since it was my user, I never worried about it).
Slightly sticky lock, but the blade is perfectly centered between the scales and lockup is good with good retention when closed. It does have just a tiny bit of horizontal blade-play when opened if you really wiggle the blade to find it, but it is really minimal. It is still a very good user and I honestly debated long and hard about getting rid of it as it's been my faithful EDC for quite a long time and I'm not afraid to break it out and use it like it should be used (comes with box/paperwork).
