Chris Brookshear custom hunter with tight birdseye maple scales. I believe it is 5160 spring steel and the antiqued finish was done by him. Bought this and an identical pattern knife from him at the Greenville gun show a couple years ago but havent seen him with a table there in a while. If you are a hunter then this is a wonderful and maneuverable all around blade that excels at skinning and butchering. I've never used this one but I have carefully waxed the blade with Rennsisance museum wax.
The damascus knife is a good looking knockabout with dyed bone scales. I havent hardness tested it but it seems to have a nice sharp edge and I dont think its made of zinc alloy
