I bought this Doug Ritter MK1 in 2006. It has seen a lot of everyday carry over the years, but has had very little wear and tear. The blade is centered, the pivot is smooth, and the axis lock is just as smooth and tight as a newer knife. Much of the stonewashed blade finish has faded over the years, but the S30V blade has virtually no scratches on it and the edge has a nicely honed razor edge. Other differences between a brand new Ritter are that the pocket clip's black finish has been removed in favor of the natural stainless finish, and one of the grip screws is missing. The missing grip screw is the one that is on the top spine of the grip next to the pocket clip........so the least important of the grip screws. Overall, it's a great woods knife, but I just decided that I prefer a more narrow blade profile for my needs. I want $80 shipped for the Ritter. PayPal preferred, but I will also accept a USPS money order.
