Truly glassy smooth action on this one. Detent is quite firm in my opinion. Centering is on point, lockup is early but seems secure. There is a small amount of vertical blade play which has been present on every Chimera I've owned. I believe it is due to the lockbar flexing a bit. There is also some detent play that's really only noticeable if you grab the tip of the knife and wiggle it, I can't feel it when deploying. Condition is excellent. I notice one small mark on the scales visible in the centering photo, it's very faint. There could be some hairlines on the blade, they're often present in these fine hand satin/mirror finishes. That said, I do not see any. Knife is recently returned from the makers for recoating. Includes box and COA.
