I have available for sale my Fontenille-Pataud Laguiole knife. This is the 12 cm (refers to closed length) laguiole in walnut. As is shown in the photos, the blade is not centered well, but it does not rub. I'll include a nice leather pouch for the knife.

The blade stamp indicates that it is made from 12C27 steel. 12C27 stainless steel is popular in the knife industry because it offers excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high hardness, all properties that make good knife steel.

If you are not familiar with this knife, here is the company webpage: https://www.fontenille-pataud.com/en/1593-knife-laguiole-essential-12-cm-walnut.html

While this is shown as part of the essential line on the company website, this Fontenille-Pataud still shows a high degree of fine workmanship, as shown by the forged bee, as well as the impressive hand-filed guilloché on the backspring. A few notes about this knife. The blade is sharp and has its factory edge, but it is definitely not scary sharp. It could use a good stropping. The backspring is quite heavy. I am not good at rating these, but my good faith estimate is that the pull is around an 8. Getting the knife out of the fully open position is even harder. I don't the next owner to be surprised. Despite all this, I still think this is a very nice knife. It is a way for one of modest means to acquire a Fontenille-Pataud. I'm asking $195 for a quick sale, which is less than I paid. I prefer payment via PayPal F&F. Claim the knife in comments, PM me to work out the details. Thank you for looking at my post, I appreciate your support!
