Rare. The brothers made this sometime shortly after the design of 2001 for me with antique ivory micarta handles that have turned off-color somewhat with that ageing micarta 'patina.' A stubby ringed razel of their old design, 6" total length with the cutting blade 1.5" x 1.0" x 0.18". This is a one-off special knife made of O-1 tool steel per my request. They just don't use that steel - but did here. This may be the only knife they've made of O-1.
Comes with both kydex neck and fitted leather sheath from the Grahams.
Additionally special about this is that I asked them if they could make me a Kydex neck Sheath in WHITE and they stated they never worked with it before and weren't sure if the color could even be purchased but why not. This was many years ago. I indicated white was on the market (but hadn't seen sheaths in it at the time!). So they went out found some and made them, a first for them. As a consequence, that year's Blade SHow they presented what was their introduction to white Kydex Sheaths to go with their knives White = optimal concealibility with my office shirts (white undershirt tee and white collared business shirt). Made sense to them too and voila' - this is the very FIRST White kydex sheath produced by their manufacture to go with a knife.
The early knife has been used and minimally resharpened. O-1 tool steel can stain and so this has too, perhaps it can be buffed out etc. A trip back to Jon may be well-to-do to clean her up to new if sought. I'll try to dig through records for our correspondence re this build. Purchaser acknowledges legality for ownership in jurisdiction. price drop to $299 + s/h/i USPS MO preferred
