I’ve got a chef set from Half face blades, (I believe in S45VN, that’s what they were using when purchased last March).
These knives have armor black cerakote, black carbon covers, black allen bolts, and super comfortable angle grips. The set includes:
Have used them under a handful of times on cutting boards strictly (for steak and vegetables only). I would consider these still Like New. Always kept up on oiling them and washing them after each use. All are still extremely sharp and never been sharpened, abused or dropped.
Would love to pass these along to someone else who will use and enjoy them. Looking to get $OLD But am also open to splitting or selling individual. Feel free to Pm me with offers
They will be packaged neatly, safely and oiled with mineral oil. (Pictures don’t do them justice and the dark spots on the blades in the photos is from wiping off the fresh mineral oil)
