I have a new in box unfired other than the factory test round. This is supposedly one of the last 500 being imported into the U.S. It comes with a certificate indicating the above. I initially bought it with the understanding that my departments policy was going to allow H&K. Well that never materialized and I am quite happy with my 1911's/Hi-Power. Plus I have to pay for a BTC Glock 19 before the wife finds out.
