I'm calling this knife like new. Aside from being sharpened it is in perfect shape. I have carried it but it was never used for cutting things. When I sharpened it, I sliced a piece of paper to test sharpness (it's sharp!). Basically it rode around in my pocket, and I flipped it a bunch to break it in.
