As-new, I sliced into paper with it a few times to test it out when I got it and that's it for "use". This isthe latest generation with the "tri-way" pivot. Currently has the bearings installed as it came from the factory.
I installed a complete set of brass hardware to include double filler tabs. The original hardware and the pocket clip is all still present and included, as well as the box.
Also included will be the official "Armorer's Tool". It is still riding on bearings as-arrived from the factory, the washers are also still present and included. When I installed the brass hardware I lubed the bearings and detent. The detent is strong and perfect, here is a video of the action:

Like-new Hoback Kwaiback. I've never even cut paper or anything with it, let alone carried it. I also have a set of fallout black screws, "custom" pivot, and backspacer that I will include with it, they are still new in the bag.
