Owned it for about 2 months. Had it in an Incase brand case since I bought it. No physical damage on the itouch itself. I haven't looked at the back yet because the case is a PITA to take off, but there shouldn't be any damage there (again, in a case since I opened the packaging). The case it comes with is red. The wall charger is a Griffin brand charger.
