I would consider this knife very lightly used.I've only used it to cut paper,envelopes,tape from packages,etc.Nothing harder/abrasive.
I would pessimistically rate this knife @ 95%,only because a close inspection may reveal some light smudge marks,that could easily be cleaned up with little effort.It's not even worth mentioning,but I believe in full disclosure at even the most minuscule discrepancies.There are also very light scratches from going in & out of the sheath.All these can be buffed/rubbed out within minutes.
Josiah is a young knifemaker,who's talents have surpassed his age by far IMHO.The ergos & grinds on this knife are at least equal to many veteran knifemakers out there today.
This knife still has the original makers edge.The only thing it had seen is a plain/unloaded leather strop.There are no rust or stains/patina anywhere.
It is extremely sharp.
