I used this holster for about a week (very comfortable!) then threw the gun back in the safe and haven't used the holster since. This one is made to fit the gun plus Crimson Trace LG-437 laser, but the gun fit in and it held fine without it.

I sent Ray a Crimson Trace LaserGuard LG-437 and he custom made this holster to fit the Kahr plus the laser. It also holds the gun just fine without the laser, so this gives you the option.
