Bought new, I have used it for day hiking-No hunting or rucking. No rips or tear, all functions as should. No belt. Comes with 4 webbing keepers. I replaced the zip pulls on the main compartment with gray cord to help identify the pockets. Pet free/smoke free home, no weird smells. You will see some black peaking out on the edges-that is the box and bag I placed under the SC to keep it off the ground.
