Hello fellow USNers. Up for sale is a Kingdom Armory Framelock Straight Razor that comes in a signed Pelican case by Dave with a handmade logo next to it. It was made by Dave, the owner of Kingdom Armory and is 100% badass. Price is $1,495.00 net (plus 3.5% P.P. fees) and I will cover USPS Priority shipping and full Insurance. Pay Pal Only, U.S. Only, No Trades. First "I'll Take It" followed by a PM gets it. For full disclosure-there is a tiny blemish on the back side near the pivot screw which is so small I could not get it to focus with the camera, otherwise it has never been carried, or cut even a piece of paper. But everytime I hold it, it feels like you could slice a person's head clean off with it.
Dave made it strictly as an experimental design and looking at it one can truly see the high level of craftsmanship that went into it. The coolest feature being the bolster, which was installed blind and hides all pivot hardware, here is a quote from Dave's thread about the knife and its specs:
"This, like the Jack Knife is an EXP design. Very thin, hollow chisel ground blade in S30V. Framelock is .180" Ti, with a matte bronze finish on the flats and a satin broze/copper finish on the edges. Scale side is composed of .60Ti liner finished to match the framelock, with a cocobolo scale and hand hammered silica bronze bolster. As you can see from the pics, the bolster is installed blind and hides all the pivot hardware. I finished it off with a traditional antiqued patina. I also tried to match that finish on the phosphor bronze overtravel stop that is installed on the framelock side. Overall, I wanted something technical in design but antique in finish. So far, I think this has turned out to be one of my favorite folders..."
specs:
OAL when open 7 1/8"
OAL when closed 4"
Width 5/8"
Weight 4.5oz
