*only the Reate is left*
I’ve decided to put up for sale today two Lionsteel TREs and my Reate Epoch. I am not looking for any trades, generally. I am not opposed to offers, so I’ll just say I would rather trade up more-so than down, but who knows. I use priority shipping. Also, prefer shipping to USA only unless you wish to pay for costs.
Everything is for PayPal G/S, btw.
First to claim it in the thread, gets it. I prefer you email me questions as it seems PMs are limited (they are right?).. cbsmit15@gmail.com
The first is full titanium version I bought brand new. https://imgur.com/a/6fTx6w6
I configured this in the flipper orientation because it tends to rocket out better than the other. I am a light switch type guy if that helps paint a better picture. The main negative feature to point out is that there are scratches on the two pivots along the scale, but too add, the centering favors the lock side if that bothers you. It was not carried it, those scratches came from my initial disassembly I do on most knives upon arrive. So it’s been oiled with Hoppe’s lubricant and had blue loctite lightly applied in the pivot. Never sharpened or cut.
Sold
This second one is the carbon fiber version which I bought used from Reddit Knife swap. https://imgur.com/a/YJJ7MDP
It seems well maintained, but since purchasing I have let it sit in a drawer mostly. This one has not been disassembled by me, but that’s as much as I know about the history of this one. Centering is dead on.
Sold
Last is the Reate Epoch in all black. https://imgur.com/a/wckm3dL
This was the first expensive knife I ever purchased and it was so nice that I couldn’t use it. It hasn’t cut, hasn’t carried, just sat there. It’s lived in a safe so I am putting it for sale. It has no negative aspects. The knife feels good in hand and has fantastic action upon open and close. This is my only Reate so I cannot speak on how it compares. I debated heavily about selling it, but I imagine someone else would prize it in their collection more than I have. It was never disassembled. It may have never even seen sunlight.
$325 OBO
Feel free to ask any questions and take care
