I've had this for a little over a year, and literally used it twice...total time spent wearing the vest totals about ten hours. I purchased it for a private security position that never totally worked out, and no longer want to hang on to this piece of equipment.

It is a Galls brand vest, that is actually manufactured for them by Point Blank...I believe, or Second Chance, but I'm pretty sure it is Point Blank. It is a size 46R...I am 6'1" and weigh 250lbs and it fits me perfectly.

It has built in pouches in the front and back that hold trauma plates for added protection, and tales in the front and back so that you are able to tuck them in to your pants when wearing it under a shirt for added concealment (keeps the bottom portion of the vest hugging your body).

I purchased it brand new.

It is Kevlar. Also...just to verify that it was manufactured by Point Blank.

It is rated to stop up to a 44Mag.

The vest also falls under NIJ 2005 standards.
 
I am going to price this very nice vest to move...it is a $400.00 vest

I will go as low as I can...$280.00
 
By the way, anyone who is concerned about how it will fit...go to the Galls web site and there is an area that will tell you what will/will not work based on your measurements.
