Catch and release for me. I actually love the knife everything and action but wayyyy to big for me to hold lol.
Knife came in off centered (well done Spyderco QC) so I carefully adjusted the pivot (never taken apart) and now it's perfectly centered. Oiled the detent ball and washers with nano oil. Also wiped the scales and blade with food grade mineral oil.
Never carried or used. Thumb and spydie opening super nice with satisfying sound and easy even with my small hand. Closing is not drop shutty but very smooth too which may break in more. I like my pivot tight and blade centering is my top 1 so its not fidgeting atm. But very solid lock up.
