I purchased this new from Blade HQ 8/24/12. It is D/E with one plain edge and one fully serated edge (S35VN). My wife carried it for about five weeks and decided it was not for her. She used it mostly to open mail and boxes and both edges are free of any damage. It fires and retracts hard with no issues. I have a Scarab so I don't need it. I have been unable to find the nylon pouch but do have the box, papers and original reciept. This is an awesome knife in a hard to find color combo.
