I will take a Benchmade 908BK-1501 in trade. Shipping to CONUS and Paypal fees included in price.

$140

List of mods:

- Replaced stock KVT bearings with Ceramic Grade 10 Caged Bearings from Alpha Knife Supply (perfect fit, I was surprised too).

- Replaced all hardware with a full plain titanium set from Gnoleb Knife Gear.

- Sanded scales and two-tone anodized. Also anodized hardware to accent.

- Acid washed primary blade grind. I did this by covering the flats and spine in nail polish, I realize I should have etched the whole blade and sanded the flats. The edges of the etch aren't perfect.

- Stone-washed scales and blade.

- Resharpened on a Ken Onion Work Sharp and given a convex edge.

Functionally this knife is goddamn perfect. It's well broken in and I do think the grade 10 bearings make a difference. I've kept it clean and only use Nano-Oil. None of the screws are loc-tited because I planned on doing more and the Ti screws will mar if you torque too hard with steel drivers. As it is the pivot screw has some dings and one of the body screws does as well. There are some circular scratches around the pivot on the show scale, and usage scratches on the blade towards the tip. Lockup is solid with no play in any direction. Flipping action is absolutely beautiful, no lock stick, I'd keep it if I didn't have an S110V PM2 to buy and dress up. Box has some damage. Old hardware is included but the original body screws were stripped when I purchased the knife.
