Brand new, never used for shooting, only mounted one and then removed a few days later. I bought this without knowing I was getting one as a Father's Day present. Oh well. My loss is your gain I guess. These retail for $120, I bought it for $115, I'd like to get $95 net for it, price includes shipping.
If you don't know about these - they're the benchmark for a BUIS. As good as it gets for a folding sight. Use it as backup or as a primary, they're the best in the market.

When I mounted it for a day - NO loctite was used when mounting. I didn't to any more than tighten it just enough to mount and make sure it fit under my scope.
